Social Media Community Guidelines
maj 2025At Trustpilot, trust and transparency are at the heart of what we do, and we strive to reflect that in all of our interactions - social media included.
To maintain a collaborative, trustworthy environment for everyone, we’ve put a few Social Media Community Guidelines in place. You can find them below.
Be Respectful: We expect all interactions to be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive language has no place in our community. Let’s keep things kind and constructive for everyone.
Stay Relevant: Please ensure your comments are relevant to the post at hand and add value to the conversation. We’re here to foster meaningful discussions, so keep it on-topic and helpful for others.
Keep It to One Public Comment Thread: We want to help you as quickly as possible. For that, we ask you to keep all related queries on the same matter within a single comment thread on one post, to avoid confusion.
Avoid Repetition: Just like with reviews, if you have multiple genuine experiences you'd like to share or need further support with, we’re here to help. However, repeating the same points across multiple posts can disrupt the flow of the conversation and make it harder for everyone to engage.
Response Hours: Our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday and we aim for a 48 hour SLA, excluding weekends. We aim to respond as quickly as possible during these hours to ensure you get the support you need.
Constructive Feedback: We encourage constructive feedback. Share your thoughts or suggestions to help improve the experience for others and foster positive, productive conversations.
Open to Diverse Opinions: We celebrate diverse opinions and experiences. Let’s create a welcoming environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
Report Inappropriate Content: If you see something inappropriate on social channels, please report it to the relevant platform. If you see something that doesn’t align with our guidelines on trustpilot.com, please flag it to our Content Integrity team.
Trustpilot has the right to take any posts offline that may compromise the integrity of our social media communities. We ask that all users respect the Terms of Use of the social media platforms as well as our Social Community Guidelines.
